If you are self employed...please provide a copy of your most recent 2 years tax returns (Note: All pages please.)
If you own any rental property's...please provide a copy of the current lease agreement on each property you own.
If your are refinancing your property it helps to provide the following
At time of initial loan application a $20. credit report fee will be collected. This fee is payable by check, cash, Mastercard or Visa.
Once Credit is reviewed and deemed acceptable, a $345. application fee will be collected.
At time of executed Earnest Money Contract an appraisal fee will be collected. This fee is collected directly from the Appraisal Managment Company chosen by the investor. It is payable by credit card only.
If refinancing...the appraisal fee will be collected at time of preliminary approval.
